You will learn to make hand-made pasta from scratch. How to prepare the dough and
roll it into pasta. You will learn to make Ravioli and Linguini. Proper knife handling techniques and
how and where to buy ingredients will be discussed.
The class culminates in a sit-down meal allowing students and instructors
the opportunity to sample and savor the classes labors.

Pricing
The cost for a class in the greater Chicago land area for up to eight students is $400,
plus the cost of classroom materials. Classroom materials can run $20 to $25 per student
depending on the type of ingredient. Classes that will have more than eight students will have a $50
additional charge for each student over the eight.
We require a $100 non-refundable deposit, to book a date, which will be applied to the cost of the class.
